When do I need to place my order?
To ensure we are available for your wedding date, please place your order at least 4 weeks in advance. Once your order has been received, we'll be in touch to confirm your wedding date and order details.
Is a consultation included?
Our Ready to Wear package is designed to be simple and straightforward, so consultations are not included. However, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have before or after placing your order.
Is delivery available?
Delivery is available for weddings within our delivery areas.
If your venue is outside these areas, collection is preferred. If collection isn't possible, please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options.
Please note that we do not post wedding flowers.
Can I request any additions or changes to my order?
Yes — we can be flexible where possible. If you'd like us to include a particular flower or another special touch, please let us know in the Additional Information box when placing your order.
If your requested flowers are in season and available, we'll do our very best to include them in your design.
When will my flowers be ready?
Your wedding flowers will usually be available for collection or delivery on the day before your wedding or on your wedding day.

How many jars do I need?
We generally recommend one point of interest per two people, so this could be a single jar or a group of three jars, for example, per two people. This could be a cluster in the centre of a round table or sporadic down a long table. You can choose from bud vases, jam or mayo jars, or a mix of all three. Short deluxe vases also work well in the centre of round tables, as they allow guests to see over and still speak with each other. They can also be used intermittently placed down a table and mixed with other jar sizes.
How many jars are in a set?
Jam and mayo jars all come in sets of three, as do bud vases. Short and tall deluxe vases are sold individually.
What is included with my order?
All pins are provided with buttonholes and lapels, and jams, mayos and bud vases are yours to keep. Bouquets will come in a jar of water.
How should I store the items?
Buttonholes, lapel corsage, wrist corsages and hair pins should be covered and stored in the fridge to keep them fresh.
Bouquets, jars and vases should be stored in a cool place in the jar of water provided. The water should be topped up so all stems are drinking.
What items do I need for the venue and reception and where are they most suited to?
Short deluxe vases are ideal for table centres on round tables or for a top table, as the low structure of them allows for people to speak to each other across the table.
Tall deluxe vases are great to place at the front of the ceremony or to decorate a room and are perfect placed in large windows or on tables to create impact.
Bud, jam and mayo jars are ideal as a group for table centres or to place around the room.

Add your chosen items to your basket.
Complete the Additional Information box with any important details about your order, preferred flowers, or delivery instructions.
Select either Delivery or Store Collection.
Please enter the required collection or delivery date - this may be the day before your wedding if that's when you need your flowers. Do not enter your wedding date unless that's the day you want to receive your flowers.
Complete the checkout, including your delivery address if applicable.
Once we've received your order, we'll contact you to:
Confirm your delivery or collection date and time.
Provide all the information you need to care for your flowers before your wedding.
